The fish eggs and -larvae is the material needed for this study. Fish is obtained from the animal facilities at the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Bergen. Depending on the fish species, they can be reared in the wetlab at the Bergen High Technology Centre.
The zebrafish used in this lab course is from the stock population (wildtypes) and reared after standard protocols for the species. The fish are reared at the zebrafish facility at the University of Bergen. Read more about the zebrafish facility here.
